Afflicted holidaymakers have taken to TripAdvisor after having their long awaited holidays ruined, with one frustrated poster commenting:

A lovely hotel to look at but that’s the only good point, terrible food and drinks.

Poor hygiene of facilities which caused both me and my husband to be ill with sickness for the best part of 2 days of our 7 night stay. Overall one of the worst holiday experiences I’ve ever had.

We couldn’t wait to get back home. We didn’t bring home one good holiday memory from this place and would never return.

Unfortunately, this holidaymaker was not the only recent guest of the SENTIDO Numa Bay to be struck with sickness, as another July 2017 visitor of the resort posted:

“The food on the face of it looks ok until you taste, oh and if /when you get a seat you need to play hunt the cutlery and clean the tables yourselves.

“Sandra was at the hotel due to senior management meetings regarding issues with this hotel one of which was illness. There was at least 8 -10 rooms who complained of sickness and a couple of which went to hospital (I was one before anyone says hearsay)”.
