Recent guests of the Thomas Cook promoted resort have told of their experiences on TripAdvisor, including one July 2017 visitor who commented:

Some of the people we travelled with were sick from there and only started feeling better a few days ago. Make sure if you are having fish, it is well cooked.

Very poor vacation experience, unfortunately. Will not be returning to this hotel.

One pool was closed and dirty the other very dirty.
