The team at Holiday Illness Claims has been contacted by a holidaymaker whose stay at the BQ Delfin Azul was ruined by illness.
The holidaymaker had spoken to numerous guests who had been affected by illness at the Thomson promoted hotel before falling ill in the final few days of the holiday.
This comes after we reported on outbreaks of illness at the BQ Delfin Azul throughout the summer months of 2014. Guests at the hotel reported being aware of at least 70 holidaymakers who had fallen victim to [the] sickness bug.
Visitors experienced symptoms including vomiting, diarrhoea and stomach cramps with many requiring medical treatment during their stays.
Others had complained that food was rarely served at the correct temperatures and many eating areas were not thoroughly cleaned.
